Decoral is a cutting-edge decorative powder coating system able to create amazingly realistic wood grains and custom images on aluminum, steel, iron, plastic, PVC, MDF, glass and countless other materials with complex shapes.

 

HOW DOES DECORAL SYSTEM WORK?

 

Products are initially powder coated (or liquid painted). A transfer film, printed with special inks, is applied over the products under vacuum for a tight contact. Products are then loaded into a decoration machine at high temperature that turns inks into a gas that penetrates deep into the coated layer. Products are then taken out of the decoration machine and the used films are peeled off to reveal the images. At this point the products are completely decorated and ready for shipment.
No additional protection coatings are required.

Decoral provides nationwide decoration services through a network of trained licensees. We also supply turnkey plants with the necessary materials (powder coating and transfer films) and training.

Decoral finishes are guaranteed from 5 to 15 years depending on the type of powder coating and pattern combination that is selected.

WHAT IS THE PRODUCTION CAPACITY OF DECORAL POWDER COATING MACHINES?

 

We have a wide variety of systems and models that are able to decorate products ranging from 4 feet in width to 24 feet in length. Powder coating booths are able to decorate flat and embossed sheets, extruded profiles, folded panels and 3-dimensional objects. Contact our technical team for more information.

 

HOW LONG HAS THE POWDER COATING TECHNOLOGY BEEN AROUND?

CAN I SEND YOU A SAMPLE OF MY OWN PRODUCT TO DECORATE?

Yes you can. Decoral has a FREE SAMPLE DECORATION POLICY and is fully equipped with demo machines, that are designed to decorate the most complex samples to let you appreciate and evaluate Decoral results on your own products.
Lead time for samples is normally 10-15 days.
